摘要:
 主观幸福感是评价个人和社会生活品质的重要指标,也是标识个体心理健康的重要内容.教师主观幸
福感与教师人格的关系最为密切,从四个层面详细阐述教师主观幸福感与其人格关系.首先,从概念层面梳理主观
幸福感与教师人格的内涵;其次,从实证层面介绍教师主观幸福分别与其一般个体人格,职业人格的关系;接着,从
理论层面分别诠释遗传、人格理论、社会比较理论、主观幸福感与人格一致模式、人格-环境交互作用对主观幸福感
与教师人格关系;最后,从实践层面提出提高教师主观幸福感的策略.
